1. Returns
1.1. Due to the intimate nature of adult products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or damaged upon receipt.
1.2. If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return authorization.
1.3. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
2. Refunds
2.1. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
2.2. If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 3 days.
2.3. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
3. Exchanges
3.1. We accept exchanges for defective or damaged items only. If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to request an exchange authorization.
